Hello Clients & Pets! Welcome to our FAQ. You will learn things like the fact we are taking appointments, what to do in case of emergencies, and much more!
Can I go in with my pet to its appointment? Yes. We are happy to once again invite clients into our lobby and exam rooms. Due to the close contact, masks are still required inside the clinic. What are my options if I don't feel comfortable wearing a mask? We will always offer curbside services and will continue to monitor the need for masks. We also can offer an outside visit in our courtyard (weather permitting).
What days are you open? We are open Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
Are you open on holidays? We close on holidays to offer our staff a break to spend time with family and friends.
Are you open on weekends? We are always closed on Sunday. We are closed on Saturday temporarily and hope to reopen again soon!
