LaurenTechnicianLauren has been working as a veterinary technician since 2007. She has worked with a variety of animals which have included dogs, cats, horses, goats, llamas and even a wallaby! Lauren’s interests include dental care and nutrition. She strongly believes that prevention is the key to a long and healthy life for humans and pets.
Lauren is originally from Texas and moved to Colorado in December 2015. When not at work, her interests include hiking with her dog and photography. She is currently working on hiking all of Colorado’s 14ers! |
DonnaTechnicianDonna Nespoli is a life long activist for animal causes. She has been volunteering with animals since 1991, including work with shelter dogs, wildlife rehabilitation and prairie dog ecosystem conservation. She is currently state and federally licensed for the rehabilitation of wild birds, bats and other small mammals. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Art Education from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelors of science in Zoology from Colorado State University. Donna lives in Lyons with her Physicist husband, 4 dogs and 2 pet birds.

Ashlee graduated from Trinidad State with an associates in Science as well as General Studies; she is currently attending the University of Denver in the search for a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Born & raised in Brighton, CO, ever since she was little Ashlee knew that she wanted to work with animals, it has been a dream of hers for over 10 years now; she is more than ecstatic to finally be working with them! In the little spare time she has, she spends on the lake enjoying the sunshine with her big family. She loves the outdoors and has a passion for soccer and reading. Ashlee has two pets of her own, a cat called Lucky and her rescue dog Pepper.

Brittney is a recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.
She loves all animals, no matter how big or small and has experience working with shelter animals, wildlife rehabilitation, and dogs in doggie daycare. She is excited to be joining the Lyons Veterinary Team and looks forward to learning more about veterinary medicine prior to applying to veterinary school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her beloved cat and hedgehog. |
Tammy has been with us since June of 2017. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado with degrees in Psychology and English. Since joining our team she has accumulated quite the animal family. Currently she has four dogs, three cats. and has been banned from bringing more animals home.
One day she hopes that her husband and she can buy a large plot of land in the mountains and build their forever home. Literature and “the arts” are her passions; and though not terribly gifted in either she enjoys the work of others |
KERRYOffice ManagerOur Manager Kerry Engle, CVT is our own personal magician behind the scenes. Her skills as an organized, proactive and patient leader have made the practice grow, keep us updated and ready for any challenges in our everyday life. Kerry is one of our success cases growing together as she started working for Lyons Veterinary Clinic in 2006 as a veterinary assistant/receptionist.
Kerry enjoyed a previous career in printing and graphic design. She earned her Veterinary Technician degree and acquired her CVT certificate in 2014, while she also juggled a job as an office manager and technician. Kerry is family oriented, enjoying her free time with her husband, daughter and son in law, her cats, and her rescue, Cooper- Golden Retriever. She also enjoys colored pencil illustration, music, fine wines, craft beer, cooking, skiing, hiking, biking and traveling. |
PILARSocial Media ManagerPilar Grunberger is in charge of our online communication to create, foster, and improve communities and conversation built around the Lyons Veterinary Clinic.
Originally from Mexico City, Pilar got her major in Administration and Marketing with a degree in Commercial Strategies from La Universidad Panamericana in 2015. While living in Sayulita Surf Town in Mexico, Pilar met her husband. When they moved to Colorado, she found great joy working as a social media manager for Lyons Veterinary Clinic amongst other projects. In her free time you can find her enjoying the outdoors activities: hiking, climbing, skiing...sometimes with her sweet pets, her dog "Sirius" and her cat "Maca". |
Dr. Geralyn GibsonExecutive OfficerGeralyn has been the proprietor of Lyons Veterinary Clinic since 2004. Having her passion being to serve the community paired with her strategic business mind, she is dedicated to providing compassionate care and progressive medicine.
Dr. Gibson graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. With her role as practice owner, she continuously works at creating a cohesive team that works to achieve these goals. Her fulfilled dream directs her passion to keep the Lyons Veterinary Clinic updated with progressive medical technology and treatments which require continuous growth of her team in knowledge and accreditation. Outside the practice, Geralyn loves spending time with her incredible family. She enjoys long distance hiking and cycling whether in Colorado or all around the globe. She enjoys travel and is planning on many more adventures to come. |
